Schedule
of Events
The MSS has a full schedule
of events for members during the year, as well as assisting many
local churches that wish to hold a Kirkin' o' the Tartan.
For example, the MSS has loaned tartans and staffs
for Kirkins at many churches this fall, including the Trinity
Presbyterian in Hendersonville, NC, First Presbyterian in
Hartsville, SC, and Church of the Hills (Presbyterian USA) in
Duluth, GA. Many churches have gone on to purchase their own
staffs and tartans to conduct annual Kirkins of the tartan. We are
pleased to provide information on how to conduct your own Kirkin
(blessing of the tartans in church). Contact Bill McCaskill for
information.

annual meeting consists of election of
officers and board, entertainment and other business.
The meeting is open to all members and families without cost.
It is held Memorial weekend each year in Montreat.
