Greenville Scottish Games — Saturday, June 6, 2009
The Montreat Scottish Society will have a tent near the Clan Ramsey tent at these Highland Games, located on the grounds of Furman University. Please stop by and say hello!

Fourth of July Parade — Saturday, July 4, 2009
The Montreat Scottish Society members and the Montreat Scottish Pipes & Drums will march in this year's July 4th celebration in Montreat. If you would like to march in the parade and carry a tartan banner with the Society, assemble on Lookout Road by 9:30 am near the Bell Library. Please note that parking becomes very crowded and unavailable if you come later. You also can just walk in the parade with your tartan sash, kilt, hat or whatever is appropriate.
Look for the station wagon with the Scottish banners.

53rd Grandfather Mountain Highland Games — July 10 - 12, 2009; Grandfather Mountain, Linville, NC
    The Montreat Scottish Society will have two tents where members can visit, rest and watch some of the proceedings.The Montreat Scottish Society Pipe & Drums participates in the games.
